What is CBD?
CBD is short for cannabidiol which is one of many cannabinoids (chemical compounds) found in the several different cannabis species (hemp and cannabis sativa/indica).
Is CBD Legal? Is CBD Legal in Indiana? Is CBD Safe?
Yes. Due to the 2018 Farm Bill, CBD oil is legal in all 50 states.

And it is legal in Indiana due to the Senate Bill 52, a bill that passed in 2018.

BUT....Just because the product is legal does not mean it is safe. Please be advised that an estimated 70% of CBD products on the market are mislabeled (meaning, for example, sometimes a bottle will say 3000mg and zero THC but upon checking the lab testing results that we found after scanning the QR code on the package, the bottle may only contain 250mg or 500mg and indeed has a percentage of THC), and/or contain ingredients that are generally considered safe by the FDA, but not explained in depth. We do not carry any products containing propylene glycol, artificial coloring or flavoring, preservatives, parabens, GMOs, and we inspect every lab results, every product label and lastly, personally test samples of each product before adding it to our product line. We are diligent in researching every product and finding the best solution for you.

Does CBD make you high?
To say CBD is non psychoactive is inaccurate, because CBD does have psychological effects where it is allowing the natural production of dopamine and serotonin in our brain. There are no intoxicating effects of CBD. No munchies, no high, no paranoia. If you are experiencing any of those symptoms when using a CBD product then immediately stop and have a member of the Pure Dream Team take a look at your product. The Pure Dream prides ourselves in clean ingredients and ensuring the product in the bottle is the legal limit of THC and containing the correct milligrams.

In addition, some CBD products have very quick release effects so you may experience an overall relaxation come on relatively quickly. Those products include: vape cartridges and juices, flower buds (smoking), inhalers. Not everyone will experience the same therapeutic effects right away.

Will CBD show in a Drug Screening/Test?
There is a possibility of failing a drug screening by using a Full Spectrum CBD product. Full Spectrum CBD products do have under 0.3% delta-9 THC and there is a possibility of delta-9 THC showing in your drug screening. If you are drug screened for work, doctor, Veteran's Affairs or are concerned for another reason, then you would want to shop in our "Broad Spectrum" or "Zero THC" product categories. If you are not concerned with a drug screening then you can shop as you please in any product category. We hope this bit of information helps guide you to shop in the right product category, but if you have additional questions, please reach out to us via email at thepuredreamllc@gmail.com.
What are the Benefits of CBD?
The use of cannabis has dated back thousands of years all over the world, whether that be ritually or medicinally. CBD is just one tiny piece of cannabis and its full capacity. CBD has been associated with anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, sleep, regrowth of brain cells, tumor shrinking, appetite control, weight control, lessening of seizures and the list goes on and on. Keep in mind that all cannabinoids are beneficial to mammals bodies and all target different receptors within the endocannabinoid system to bring total homeostasis.
CBD is not the only beneficial piece when we are referring to full spectrum CBD products, though. If extracted properly, CBD products such as our RSHO branded products, besides CBD, contains various other cannabinoids, Omega 3 & 6 essential fatty acids, and over a dozen vitamins and minerals, like iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamins A, B, C, and E, and beta-Carotene, often missing from the average diet. Due to this nutritional content, full-spectrum CBD hemp oil can be a complete daily dietary supplement.
While there are plenty of sources of information on the internet, we choose to recommend and use www.echoconnection.org. This link will take you to an encyclopedia-like page where you can find (almost) anything you are looking for regarding cannabinoids and disease/diagnoses.
