How to use the Broad Spectrum Cooling Recovery CBD Balm: 

1.Take a generous amount of balm, depending on what you see fit.

2.Apply the balm to the surface area that's aching or causing pain.

3.When applying, the heat of your skin will begin to thin out the balm. Be sure to rub the balm in thoroughly, and you're done!
